Returns
Please contact us within 48 hours if you are requesting a return. If your order arrives damaged or there’s an issue in transit, we’ll help you file a claim so the shipping carrier can refund you the full value of your item.
Refunds
Refunds are subject to a 20-30% restocking fee. Because every order is shipped insured, any damage or shipping issue will be handled through a carrier claim for full reimbursement of your item’s value.
Exchanges
Exchanges are only accepted if a product is opened and inspected in front of us, confirming manufacturer defects or damage. This does not apply to art pieces, which may naturally include minor imperfections or irregularities.
